Facebook is seeking an ads marketing professional to own, coordinate and execute strategic campaign plans for Facebook's slate of media partners. This person will collaborate with the relevant partner managers across the partnerships team, to identify, plan and execute on-platform marketing campaigns for major partnerships. Success in this position requires both consultative and analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a functional environment. The ideal candidate will have a track record of driving marketing objectives with experience across digital media channels with a focus on the Facebook advertising platform. The Media Partnerships team is the external arm of Facebook and works with the world’s largest and most exciting media organizations and public figures on high profile product opportunities. This position will be based in San Francisco, California.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners and products
  • Lead the setup and execution of on-platform advertising campaigns from a portfolio of partners
  • Create marketing playbooks for on-platform campaign strategy across key verticals in News, Entertainment, Gaming & Sports
  • Own all aspects of trafficking and troubleshooting with a sustained focus on efficiency and scalability to deliver against KPIs
  • Develop creative & measurement strategies, perform campaign performance analysis and provide digestible reporting to internal partners
  • Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance against KPIs
  • Establish relationships with internal teams and partners, and manage cross-functional communication during all phases of an active campaign’s lifecycle
  • Stay abreast of key media and advertising trends and innovations to bring to future product marketing campaigns and potentially expand the scope of marketing efforts


    Required Skills

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of experience working directly with digital marketing, media, consulting, and/or companies with track record of problem solving and thought leadership
  • 2+ years of experience using Facebook advertising products
  • Experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (brand advertising, direct response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, etc.)
  • Experience with Excel, analyzing datasets and delivering insights
  • Experience with problem-solving and decision-making
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making


    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Experience as a Facebook user and knowledge of Facebook’s ad products
  • Experience working within Media category (News, Entertainment, Sports, Gaming)
  • Facebook Blueprint Core Competencies certification
