Nike exists to innovate for athletes. Nike Sports Marketing professionals provide the vital linkage between the company and Nike-sponsored athletes, clubs and federations worldwide. Sports Marketing employees partner with premier athletes to collect insights about existing and future products, gather inspirational stories about sport, and cultivate long-term relationships between the athletes and the company. The team develops and executes sports marketing strategies, obtains endorsements and licensing agreements and serves as Nike ambassadors to the sports community worldwide. Their relationships build the foundation of Nike’s product creation: Nike creates exceptional products because its employees listen to exceptional athletes.

As our North America Brand Integration Specialist, you'll be at the sharp point of Sports Marketing’s strategic priority of aligning our vast portfolio of sports assets against our business and brand requirements. You'll spend the bulk of your time within the matrix of our SM category teams and the NA Brand Organization to collect and confirm athletes for the athlete requests we receive.

As you work together with your partners to authentically match athletes with appearance requests, you will also be asked to develop tools and processes that make the Brand Integration function better; for example tracking appearances to report to the various business groups and create process efficiencies allowing us to scale our service to the organization.

Your ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks is integral to your success in this role. You'll have to rely on your innate ability to find a way to get things done, as last-minute requests are common. Your ability to stay balanced and focused on your goals will serve you well in the dynamic environment you will work in.

As with all jobs in Sports Marketing, solid communication skills, both written and verbal, will be one of the foundations on which you'll base your work.
