Position Purpose:
Highly effective Marketing Coordinator that drives the execution of sports partnership marketing plans that raise awareness, increase purchase consideration and drive sales.
Primary Responsibilities:
Marketing partnership planning, strategy development and execution support
Manage team planning tools
Continuous updates and record keeping as source of truth
Communicate across org and with external partners to keep the calendar current
Manage partner team (club) performance dashboards
Pull pertinent data from DMA report, Adobe, Insights and lead data monthly and provide to partner teams
Review with partners monthly
Help coordinate on-site activities (planning and day-of) from game day activations to player appearance and media opportunities
Project manage creative development for assets including digital, web, signage, email creative etc.
Route all creative to appropriate parties for approval (NFLPA, NFL, Club, Player agent)
Develop tools to track and account for partner deliverables including merchandise/tickets
Participate in strategic development of annual, quarterly and event plans
Partner affiliate sales programs
Manage planning and execution across channels for all partnership discount programs
Work cross functionally with internal teams to plan, communicate and execute the programs
Work with external partners (NFL, NFLPA, Clubs and Athletic Trainers) to distribute and communicate details of the programs
Manage one-off questions and issues as they arise with internal and external partners throughout the programs
Develop partnership relationships
Facilitate components of the Professional Athletic Trainers Society relationship
Provide regular updates and communications to the point person for each team
Develop calendar of content provided to the Athletic Trainers monthly
Coordinate PFATS annual meeting content and on-site set up

Brand sentiment: increase brand awareness and brand consideration for Sleep Number
Brand engagement: drive unprecedented engagement in digital content
Web traffic: compel consumers to visit sleepnumber.com to further their consideration
Product sales: measurable sales results directly and indirectly associated with partnership initiatives
Position Requirements:
2+ years of experience in marketing planning with consumer product or retail companies required
BA/BS required; MBA preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Exceptional relationship building skills as well as the ability to prioritize, lead, and influence while working in fast-paced, ever-changing and demanding situations.
Track record of delivering multifaceted campaigns from strategy through execution
