Our Director of Strategic Partnerships + Integrated Marketing for Brand Experience (BEX) exists to identify and secure sponsorships and strategic partnerships for all three BEX businesses. This role will also contribute to the campaign design and execution thereof in a manner that serves our sponsors and partners in the interest of the mission of each of the three businesses. You’ll also be part of a cross-functional team of expert colleagues working in new ways—more agile and more adaptive—so throw the old playbook away. A typical day for this role might include sourcing prospective sponsors, ideating a campaign for sponsor integration, debriefing team(s) on upcoming partnerships and their campaign objectives and collaborating with key internal stakeholders to ensure precise execution of campaigns. This position reports directly to the Chief Brand Experience Officer.


  • Spearhead sponsor and integrated marketing plans from initial concept to strategy, pitch, and execution
  • Lead all sponsorship activities, prospecting, proposal customization and presentation, contract revision and servicing, sponsor follow-up and support, and representing the company at industry functions
  • Develop and implement a sponsorship budget and marketing plans
  • Lead a team to identify best-in-class brand partnerships and business opportunities that drive the brand and deliver ROI through impactful press, business development, monetization, and new revenue streams
  • Manage large-scale budgets expertly allocating funds to meet both financial and creative goals
  • Develop unique strategies that cater to specific marketing categories and brands
  • Create and manage programs to ensure a steady stream of prospects and future sales
  • Cultivate strong working relationship and communication between all departments
  • Regular, dependable attendance & punctuality

    Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • A minimum of ten years of experience with business development/strategic partnerships
