Your Mission:
Develop and lead execution on a Paris 2024 & LA 2028 global athlete strategy for Athletics and Marathon
Recruit, manage, and help activate world-class and nationally ranked athletes (Athletics and Road)
Seek, develop relationships, and manage sponsorships with collegiate programs in strategic locations
Work directly with R&D to continue pushing for the BEST product in the industry, giving our athletes the best advantage on the starting line
Other projects and duties as needed
Bachelor's Degree in Sports Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
7+ years' experience within Sports Marketing, building and maintaining relationships with Athletes or similar roles
Proven experience within critical thinking, negotiating ability and organizational skills
Demonstrated creativity and expert communication skills to define appealing marketing strategies and campaigns
Ability to travel 50% of the time; travel percentage fluctuates based on business needs
Ability to read, speak and write English fluently
