The Manager of Integrated Marketing is a key strategic role on the Marketing team, responsible for developing long-term strategic partnerships with new and existing brands for Topgolf’s integrated platforms, including but not limited to Topgolf Venues, Media, Content, Experiential and Community. This position will align with the Partnerships team to drive brand alignment, increase venue visits, enhance the guest experience, and deliver revenue targets for new and current partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as brand team lead in for partner-facing strategic initiatives, inventory packaging and activations to ensure consistency, scale and effectiveness
  • Engage with key corporate departments to further integrate partners into the Topgolf business, identifying mutual benefits, while also maintaining the equities of the Topgolf brand
  • Work with Director of Partnership Marketing on consumer insights/brand strategy and initiatives in the partnership space to enhance brand value
  • Partner with Partnerships, Marketing and Operations teams to conceptualize sponsorship programs that leverage Topgolf’s properties and value proposition and ultimately support the achievement of revenue targets
  • Leverage partner marketing campaigns to provide reciprocal benefit to Topgolf Properties
  • Schedule, review and approve partner assets
  • Work closely with Partnerships to identify appropriate target categories/brands and maximize partnerships
  • Utilize all available research, insights and marketing tools to demonstrate how partnering with Topgolf will drive a client’s business goals in a unique and compelling way
  • Support Global Partnership team in sales meetings as needed presenting proposal particulars and represent Global Partnerships and Clients in Marketing meetings
  • Work with the Client Relations team and Marketing on sponsorship program execution
  • Other duties and projects as assigned


    Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of marketing experience with ability to demonstrate creative thinking, understanding of truly integrated partnerships and how to construct them, and experience in building mutually beneficial marketing platforms
  • Results-driven and self-motivated individual
  • Experience in navigating an organizational matrix and interfacing with various departments to achieve goals
  • Possesses strong verbal, presentation and written communications skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel as the role requires
