The Media and Partnerships Associate Manager is responsible for influencing and executing the strategic vision for a set of brands’ media and partnership investment. Supports a fully integrated marketing communications plan (paid, owned, and earned) for media and key brand partnerships (sports alliances, event sponsorships, and entertainment). The role is one of subject matter expertise, influence and evangelism, so it’s important that this person is able to form strong relationships with their Brand Marketing teams, cross functional teams, our agencies, and external partners


The Responsibilities:

  • Help lead MillerCoors into new/emerging media and partnership opportunities
  • Help reshape our media practice to become agile
  • Maintain and consistently communicate a compelling media and partnership strategy which reinforces brand purpose to achieve business goals.
  • Consult and influence planning activities for complex multimedia campaigns with big budgets, multiple partners and stakeholders
  • Assist in the development of best practices for implementing strategic thinking for the enterprise
  • Deliver content distribution strategy/media planning, communications thought leadership and future vision for how to connect with evolving consumer behaviors with media and brand strategic partnerships across media, sports, events and entertainment.


    Required Skills


    The Other Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of media and partnerships experience, with at least 2 years in digital media
  • Experience in sports/entertainment marketing and/or media is preferred
  • Expert knowledge of media landscape and programmatic marketing across channel with ability to translate to impact marketing opportunities
  • Successful prior experience working with network of teams to translate marketing objectives into functional consumer channel strategies and tactics.
  • Proven ability to execute media and strategic partnerships that drive sales volume and brand perception shifts.
  • Experience in communications planning, digital strategy and performance based media
