The Sponsorship Marketing Coordinator will be a part of the Sponsorship Marketing team which oversees a portfolio of sports, entertainment, arts & culture sponsorships in New York, Boston, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. The Coordinator is based in New York and reports to the Sponsorship Marketing Manager. The Coordinator will support the Sponsorship Marketing team with fulfillment of all sponsorship assets and program execution.
Essential Responsibilities
Manage ticket distribution and implement ticket tracking mechanism for all sponsorship tickets and hospitality
Support asset trafficking to sponsorships POCs and maintain asset tracker across sponsorships to assure on-time delivery of all assets
Collect internal and external program results, analytics and photos and help build recaps
Manage promotional elements related to sponsorship activations including developing briefs, evaluating creative output, building landing pages and coordinating with internal partners including Design, Social Media, Inflight, Legal, Pricing and Operations teams
Evaluate sponsorship opportunities and renewals, craft recommendations and track proposals for internal reporting
Assist with research and analysis to inform sponsorship plans and activations
Source vendors and order event materials
Maintain inventory of event and promotional materials
Process new partner financial documentation and invoices
Administrative support and other projects as needed
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Marketing or related field
One (1) year of marketing, agency, communications, sports business or airline experience
Ability to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)
Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
Experience managing large-scale cross-functional programs
Experience managing sponsorships, promotions, digital and social programs, and / or experiential activations

Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice
Well-groomed and able to maintain a professional appearance
When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft
