As the Director of Partnership Marketing, you will lead a dynamic, growing field team and will execute strategic programs across the US in the exciting new industry that is sports betting. You will develop impactful marketing plans and support our physical retail sports betting and digital activation locations, as we quickly expand across the country.
What You Will Do:
Grow and manage a field marketing organization across a region in a scalable manner, as new states become regulated and operational.
Lead marketing strategy to support our physical retail sports betting and digital activation locations with best in class execution for our partners (casinos, racetracks, lotteries, and sports venues).
Be a steward of the co-op marketing budget and the brand, to drive P&L growth.
Act as liaison between marketing and the field; be the face of marketing to our retail partners, and conversely communicate the needs of the field back to marketing.
Drive activations through experiential marketing efforts, street teams, sponsorship's, and promotions.
Work with partners to leverage their databases and drive digital marketing acquisition programs.
Support partners with social media plans and Google search efforts.
Create events for grand openings, sports holidays, and all key acquisition periods.
Lead grassroots efforts to drive retailer traffic and brand awareness.
Manage day-to-day relationships and co-op marketing materials.
What You Will Need:
5- 10 years of field marketing experience
Creative thinker and program builder with a positive can-do attitude
Managed and mentored direct reports
Proven track record of executing flawlessly
Comfortable with travel
Able to work in a fast-paced, highly matrix organization
Comfortable in an environment where change is constant
