Main Event is searching for a driven, passionate public relations and experiential marketing talent to join its rapidly growing marketing team. This individual will be responsible for executing national marketing promotions, public relations announcements, local media interviews and playing a vital day-to-day role in organizing cross functional campaigns for the fastest growing social and family entertainment company.
Responsibilities include:
Media contact for local and national media opportunities
Management of PR/experiential marketing agency
Executing local and national PR and experiential marketing activations and events
Supporting social/community impact initiatives
Day-to-day support of brand sponsorships including Dallas Cowboys, Special Olympics and The Birthday Party Project
Driving cultural relevant and “always on” PR initiatives and tactics
Leading new center opening PR efforts
Managing cross-functional communication of PR/experiential campaigns with operations, digital media, finance, fulfillment and IT
Supporting social media calendar and integration
2-3 years agency/brand PR/marketing experience
Bachelor’s degree
Entertainment/sports/food experience a bonus, but not required
Strong written communication skills
Strong PowerPoint plan development skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
