As our Sports Marketing Account Manager for Men’s Pro Basketball, you will provide industry leading service to NBA teams and our Nike sponsored athletes.
You will be the point of contact for NBA Equipment Managers and Field Reps to fulfill team and athlete product needs. As such, responsibilities include setting up new accounts, managing product orders, forecasting product needs, placing product buys, analyzing buys to determine future action, looking for trends to inform our buys, tracking inventory and assisting teams in managing their allotments, all while ensuring that on-court product reflects NIKE business strategies. You will manage communication to teams with key dates, inventory needs and deadlines to ensure we provide world class service. As a product expert for several key events, you will be responsible for assisting and communicating through the related product assortment, event planning and relationship management processes during the events.
You will elevate our overall service by being an exceptional teammate, building strong knowledge of our products, working closely with various cross-functional partners, proactively seeking out ways to implement best practices, and solving problems quickly and efficiently. Essential to your success will be a superior organizational ability, high-level verbal and written communication skills, and the capacity to build deep and meaningful relationships. You will be expected to manage and prioritize numerous projects concurrently.
