We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to lead Backcountry’s partnerships and experience programs. This is a highly cross-functional role where strategy and functional execution come together daily. This role will require you to navigate and influence strategy across the Backcountry matrix. You will work closely with our internal brand managers and other functional business leaders to create memorable experiences that bring our brand positioning to life. Your team will be the tip of the spear for creating relationships and developing partnerships aimed at attracting new and activating existing customers.
In order to succeed you will need to feel comfortable making data driven decisions and clearly defining the why for all projects. This role will require a deep contact list in the outdoor sports industry. The Brand Manager, Brand Activations is a core member of the Backcountry brand offense and will report directly to Backcountry’s Director of brand marketing.
