Golden Road Brewing is seeking an Experiential Manager to orchestrate our owned events. The position offers competitive salary, benefits package on day 1, and most importantly, you'll be surrounded by beer.


The Experiential Manager oversees the primary consumer- facing function within the Marketing team in a non-advertisement capacity. This position complements our field staff and digital efforts through brewery-owned event execution. This position requires detail orientation and stellar organization. Regular travel is also required.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Organize and execute brewery ‘owned’ events.
  • Communicate effectively across internal teams and stakeholders to ensure maximum event exposure.
  • Track and manage event budgets and delivered detailed recaps outlining event reach and ROI
  • Partner with Brand Manager and get input from the Sales team to align events to Golden Road's culture and with relevant focus.
  • Track emerging trends within events and ensure that Golden Road continues to be best in class.
  • Measure and track attendance, event performance, and ROI.
  • Partner with Trade Marketing and Merchandise Coordinator for optimal POS assortment.
  • Lead event comms across all internal teams as well as wholesale partners.
  • Maintain good working relationships with peers and stakeholders.
  • Temporary management of field staff for event execution purposes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers, and third-party partners.
  • Flexible hours, including weekends, nights and possibly holidays.
  • Regular contacts are made with the general public and business partners. Some communication may be difficult requiring significant levels of tact.
  • Ability to lift 75+ pounds, infrequently.
  • Ability to manipulate 165-lb kegs with/without dolly.
  • Ability to transport 165 lbs on a dolly (dolly operation).
  • Significant travel and driving expected.
  • Requires flexibility in hours.
