Overview


We are looking for a highly motivated Director of Partnerships responsible for leading the Partnership Team at TSM. The position reports to the Sr Director of Operations and will be based in our Playa Vista office.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage the day to day of the TSM partnership management team
  • Ensures the TSM partnerships team is executing at the highest level on all social, digital, event and team sponsorship deliverables
  • Implementation of best in industry processes and technologies to make the team more efficient and effective
  • Mentor and grow the partnership team across all levels
  • Ability to utilize a wide-ranging skill set and service skills to establish strong relationships with premier brands and partners
  • Creatively find solutions on how to successfully deliver ad products, marketing activations, and analytical reporting under a variety of constraints such as time, talent availability, and supply of resources
  • Ideate new ad products, deliverables, and marketing plans for a wide variety of Fortune 500 brands
  • Develop consistent processes that adapt to a changing marketplace, organizational structure and sales strategy


    Required Skills

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in the partnership management field with larger blue-chip brands
  • Digital background media or marketing background is important since our partnerships are based in digital media and we will be creating new digital ad products to meet our growing partner base
  • The candidate will need to have a strong managerial background along with an ability to clearly communicate horizontally and vertically within the organization
  • Ability to closely interact along with other members of the partnership team with our growing client base
  • Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative and solution-oriented approach
