Hulu is seeking a Senior level Creative and Content Marketing Strategist to join the marketing team in our Los Angeles office. This is a senior position that will be an integral participant to the branded entertainment team.


You will collaborate with multiple internal teams (content, social, sales, research, production) to deliver break through creative ideas that are surfaced on-platform. Through mindful category analysis and insights with a viewer first approach, you can build strategies for our brand partners.


Highly knowledgeable of Hulu’s platform and already an avid viewer with ideas that can integrate seamlessly. Your attitude is that of a creative, problem solver and big thinker all in one!


What you'll do

  • Create the strategic positioning, writing and leading of integrated pro-active and RFP-based marketing proposals to craft compelling partnership programs for a variety of advertising partners
  • Lead creative brainstorms and sales downloads as necessary
  • Ideate: Solutions range from Custom Content, to Sponsorships, to never been done territories and much more.
  • Define new processes for proposals cross-functionally that set and track team goals, introduce new materials, and stir things up to continually improve upon our branded creative
  • Work cross-functionally with the rest of the organization’s team to ensure we’re creating the right content, for the right channels, with the right messaging, to better support business objectives. Craft ideas that support marketing partnership opportunities
  • Use data to help inform content marketing strategy, program strategy, and decisions on content creation and syndication.


    Required Skills

  • Creative/Out of the Box Thinking
  • 5+ years experience
  • Deep knowledge of content and paid media strategies
  • Lead during client meetings including, but not limited to client pitches, kick off calls.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of clients businesses and industries; become a specialist on clients products and services; have the ability to demonstrate these products to media
  • Proactively produce new ideas and opportunities based on innovations within the marketplace
  • Deliver client-facing presentations and interface regularly with senior management and liaise with a series of internal partners and teams
  • Identify and curate new strategy talent
  • Organized self-starter
  • Some travel may be required.
