Roc Nation, a Live Nation joint venture, is seeking a Manager, Partnership Marketing with experience managing multiple client/brand relationships and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will report into the VP of Global Communications. The position is based in the New York City headquarters and will play a critical role with responsibilities that span music and sports brand partnerships. This person is a hands-on people person who can successfully build and grow relationships with clients and brand partners. An ideal candidate is able to bring new and exciting ideas to the table in a rapidly changing business environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing brand partnership relationships between clients and brands, ensuring deliverables are met;
Ensure key stakeholders (internal and external) are informed & up-to-speed;
Assist in maintaining deliverable tracking, invoicing and fulfillment documents;
Work closely with cross-functional team members across digital, PR, music and sports management.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred;
Meticulous oral/written communication skills;
3-5 years experience in managing brand partnerships; experience working in music or consumer brands preferred;
Dynamic rolodex of relationships and the ability to identify new contacts regularly;
Track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with brands and clients;
Strategic thinking and ability to bring creative new ideas to the table;
Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Thorough research skills and competitive analysis;
Understanding of trends in the news and pop culture landscape;
Positive, team player attitude.
