The Sports & Interactive Campaign Manager is responsible for developing the direct marketing strategy for Sports Betting and Online Gaming for MGM Resorts International. This role will be a member of the Direct Marketing Center of Excellence and take direction from the Executive Director of Direct Marketing Strategy.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and manage marketing strategies for online sports betting.
Serve as MGM point of contact for Sports and Interactive initiatives for internal stakeholders and external customers
Develop robust direct marketing campaign strategy to drive new business and incremental spend through sports betting channels including the development on deployment schedules, iteration of creative and copy, and customer segmentation.
Integrate marketing offer strategy for sports betting into push notification roadmap within the MGM Resorts app.
Organize and report on initiatives from internal departments (Brand Marketing, Direct Marketing, Player Development) as it relates to sports betting and online gaming.
Work closing with Nevada sports betting team on the execution of BetMGM initiatives that include campaign creation, special event support, and offer development
Partners closely with the MGM Sports partnership team to strategize on the deployment of BetMGM and MGM Resorts content and offers for customers
Perform other job-related duties as requested.
Three (3) years of previous experience in direct/database marketing.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or related field, or equivalent experience.
PREFERRED:
Previous experience in sports betting and/or sports marketing
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Nevada Gaming License.
