Day-to-Day

  • Develop and maximize Trail Blazers and Blazer5 Gaming client sponsorships through design, implementation, and evaluation of strategic and measurable account marketing plans.
  • Be an effective member of the Trail Blazers sponsorship team and work optimally with internal departments to achieve sponsor objectives.
  • Respond to client requests and find opportunities to deliver against sponsor expectations in a meaningful way.
  • Develop holistic account plans individualized for each corporate partner inclusive of strategies that align with partners objectives, activation timeline, implementation tactics and creating measurable results.
  • Brainstorm creative, new growth strategies through digital monetization of existing Trail Blazers and Blazer5 Gaming assets
  • Drive account renewal strategy and process leveraging research, analytics, and identification of upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain day-to-day communication with corporate partners and deliver outstanding customer service with an emphasis on building and sustaining relationships.
  • Shape, maintain, and measure individual partner budgets and make recommendations for audience planning, overall campaign management and optimization.
  • Take the lead on the creation of campaign, mid-year, and season-end recaps based on partners’ objectives and activating using both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Research and implement best in class activations from NBA and other teams/leagues/properties (domestic and international).


    Required Skills

  • Understanding of an ever-changing omnichannel marketing landscape and a desire to stay ahead of trends.
  • Prior experience using analytical skills to make data-driven decisions to solve partnership challenges.
  • A base level understanding of digital marketing and advertising solutions, prefer candidates with previous experience managing partnership campaigns with a focus on digital results in ROAS, CPA, CPM, etc.
  • Ability to collaborate and be a strong teammate.
  • Past experience using software platforms and tools for project management, social media analytics and data visualization such as Wrike, Tableau, Conviva, and Google Data Studio.
  • Participating in the planning and execution of events that affect the department.
