The Partner Solutions Integration Associate Manager is responsible for conceptualizing, assisting, and coordinating the integration of a sponsor’s brand message within programming sports content. The Sports Sales Integration team is looking for an exceptional candidate with a proven track record of success leading multiple projects simultaneously. The candidate must have very strong leadership skills and background in project management mainly supporting the production aspect for adverting and sponsorship campaigns. The ideal candidate must be able to quickly adapt to a changing environment and interact with multiple internal departments to execute successful campaigns both on Univision Sports’ digital and on-air channels. The position will be based in Miami, FL and will report to the Sr. Director of Sports Integration.
Job Responsibilities
Serves as the day-to-day liaison between clients and sales for TV/online sports integrations
Oversees all aspects of campaign execution within particular category expertise
Responsible for cross-functional communication within the sports division’s various properties to ensure timely execution of sales integration
Creates and maintains timelines for both the client and production teams
Identifies all project deliverables and holds teams accountable
Interacts with multiple teams across the company, most importantly keeping constant and open communication with production teams to ensure executions meet deadline
To execute and ensure all executions run seamlessly from pre- to post-production to air.
Supervise and provide instruction to post-production or creative services
Responsible for scheduling integration or segments with sales and production leads
Responsible for ensuring all campaign assets meet client and/or brand guidelines
Responsible for remedying and providing alternate solutions for campaigns, as necessary
Successfully turn-around campaigns with limited notice
Responsible for alerting stakeholders when deadlines are not being met
Work closely with the Integration Director to keep projects moving forward
Anticipate and coordinate meetings with client/agencies, production, and sales
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sports marketing or sales production / integrated marketing
Minimum 2 years of working in a client-facing role within a media company or advertising agency with exposure to sports marketing in network and digital preferred
Successful track record of managing multiple projects concurrently with the ability to deliver on time and within scope
Experience managing the entire project lifecycle
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Self-starter, extremely organized and detail oriented
English/Spanish-language fluency required
Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Highly skilled in Microsoft MS Office products such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, and Visio
