We are currently hiring a Sr. Marketing Manager – Partnerships Activations in Boston, MA.

The Sr. Marketing Manager – Partnership Activations is responsible for leading the strategic execution for all of these Truly Hard Seltzer partnerships. This includes, but is not limited to, setting the overall strategic vision for Activation Pillars, identifying the appropriate types of partners by pillar and setting the creative strategy for how Activation Partnerships come to life.
What You'll Do:
Set and lead the overall national Partnership Activation strategy
Manage the day-to-day relationship with our Partners & Agencies
Align with the Division Marketing Managers on local partnership strategies that align to the national plan
Lead the creative strategy for how Partnerships come to life across the full spectrum including onsite experiential, asset design and buildouts, collaborations and extensions through PR, social and trade
Manage the overall budget to include appropriate spends by pillar, focus market opportunities and ROI recaps
Work closely with Brand, Communications & Trade managers to ensure Partnership Activations are continually up to date and supporting Truly’s national strategies and focuses
Evaluate Partnerships both quantitatively and qualitatively to ensure that we are continually creating opportunities that are improving both brand equity building & Truly’s strength in the three tier system
Manage (2) Associate level co-workers focused on day to day support across our multiple platforms including creative development, contractual asset management, selling materials, cross-functional alignment etc.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager – Trade Activations to ensure partnerships are being fully leveraged
College degree
MBA
5-10 years direct management experience bring major Sports, Music and other partnerships to life from onsite activation through full 360 development
Direct experience working with or for CPG companies, preferably in the F&B space
Proven creative leadership going beyond simple sponsorship tactics
Proven experience managing through complex organizations to deliver results
Strong presentation skills & capabilities
Direct people/team management experience
1-3 years of agency experience creating & presenting ideas to clients
