We’re growing rapidly and are searching for a Director of Partnership Activation to bring our Strategic Partnerships to life. When you join our team, you will lead a dedicated team in executing short- and long-term strategies and utilizing every asset available to maximize our exposure. What you’ll do as a Director of Partnership Activation:
You will bring internal stakeholders together to collaborate on overall strategy against the asset portfolio (accounts to be determined).
Educate internal stakeholders on all the available assets for each partner.
Build strong relationships with strategic partners.
Manage all licensing requirements and compliance protocols.
Communicate rules and guidelines from league, team, and properties.
Oversee recaps and reporting.
Track the creative process and coordinate approvals with strategic partners.
Manage internal deadlines and keep stakeholders on track.
Track and manage budgets.
Manage junior team members and play a role in their career growth and development.
Ideally, you have 10+ years of strong partnership management experience, ideally in the sports or entertainment industry.
Previous experience in sponsorship activation.
5+ years of management experience.
You have at least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant degree.
You excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Ability to take direction from the top while overseeing a team to achieve a common goal.
Some travel required for this role.
