  • Market healthcare services to current sports properties through promotional activities, product placement, and other branding opportunities
  • Create activation campaigns to promote Atrium Health brand to sports partners and community
  • Build and maintain a calendar of brand activation events for team
  • Analyze success of campaigns and activation tactics
  • Create positive relationships with brand representatives and sports partners to ensure contract deliverables are met
  • Support on-site execution and operations on event days
  • Be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks and workload
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Collaborates with department leadership, develops strategic annual plans and programs that effectively integrate with overall marketing strategies that are measurable in design and metric in execution.
  • Applies understanding of industry trends to projects and exhibits curiosity about trends and their anticipated future impact. Understands scope of entire project, devises component tasks and assures they are completed.
  • Demonstrates a team player attitude and a positive approach to maintain collaboration across all work units within the department.
  • Helps enforce and manage the organization’s brand identity and adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Must be exceptionally detail oriented with a hyper-focus on accuracy.


    Required Skills


    Works primarily in office environment but needs to be flexible to work evening and weekend hours for activation needs. Position requires walking around campus and/or other facilities. Must be able to drive and have access/use of a personal vehicle. Requires reading materials, speaking clearly on the telephone, and operating computer keyboard. Occasional lifting of documents or supplies.


    Educational / Experience Requirements:


    Bachelor's degree in a related field such as marketing, communications or business required. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 5 years’ experience required. Must be able to work quickly under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at once. Excellent written and verbal skills required. Ability to set clear goals and execute projects from start to finish. Prior experience in marketing or sports management preferred.
