The Brand Marketing Coordinator, PR & Events is an integral member of the team that supports experiential marketing, events and PR integrations to help drive awareness and consideration of the brand. This position coordinates day-to-today project implementation in support of Pandora Events, Local Community Events and Grand Openings. This position coordinates PR strategy for the HomeStore brand in partnership with AFI counterparts and focuses on monitoring and tracking Positive/Negative sentiment and earned media impressions. Coordinates in execution of internal events (Domination, Licensee Vegas Meetings.) This involves collaboration across the organization and with outside vendors to ensure communications are on strategy.
Primary Job Functions
Coordinates Sports Partnership relationships (Tampa Bay Lighting and Super Bowl Host Committee) and campaign strategies inclusive of Marketing, Creative, In Store Activation, Experiential and PR.
Coordinates the PR Strategy for the HomeStore Brand in partnership with AFI Counterparts. Monitoring and tracking Positive/Negative Sentiment of the brand. Developing and deploying Press Releases in support of HomeStore Initiatives. Building relations in editorial space for content development in the earned media space.
Helps execute overall experiential marketing strategy based on customer insights, business needs, and trends to drive brand awareness and consideration.
Coordinates the execution of experiential marketing consisting of Pandora Events, Local Community Events (Gasparilla Childrens Parade), Product Launch Events, PR events.
Helps execute Hope To Dream Marketing and Donation Strategy. Building Campaigns to support Phase 1 Awareness and Phase 2 Donation Solicitation. Coordinates development of H2D anniversary events.
Collaborates with cross-functional partners to develop segmented content to drive a more 1-to-1 relationship with existing customers and prospects.
Provides overall coordination of experiential marketing projects and integrations.
Assists in the execution of internal events (i.e Las Vegas 75th Celebration, Domination, Licensee Vegas Meeting)

Education
Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience, Required
Experience:
1+ years of professional experience outside of school/internships. Brand and Events experience preferred.
