n response to our growing business needs, we are excited to announce the creation of a new position of Global Associate Marketing Manager, NBA Partnerships within our Team Sports Business Unit. This position will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and will execute partnership strategy and develop campaign marketing with a heavy concentration on digital media and products across the NBA (NBA, WNBA, 2K, BAL, G-League), including Wilson Live and Collabs/Master Brand Lifestyle support.


As the Global Associate Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Execute and optimize consumer NBA marketing strategies created jointly with the Senior Marketing Manager for all Team Sports and own the development of annual NBA 360 integrated plans including all tool kits, Sell-In, Sell-Through and Sell-out assets and content
  • Own the communication and provide clear, concise feedback in the creation of NBA marketing and media assets such as campaign creative, digital media, event activations, and POP.
  • Run point on all NBA digital media and NBA direct marketing efforts to accelerate ecommerce, etail and strategic account growth
  • Work with the Senior Marketing Manager, Digital Designer and Content Specialist to roll out Wilson Live initiatives across the NBA
  • Own the approval process, status meetings and day-to-day NBA partnership execution needs
  • Deliver strategies and guidelines to internal partners to support on-strategy and on-brand development of content creation across Team Sports
  • Represent the consumer marketing POV in brand planning, I2P, and customer meetings


    Required Skills


    This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related area. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing for a brand with limited resources and 1-2 years of direct marketing experience.

  • Experience briefing, running and optimizing digital media campaigns including running direct marketing campaigns with proven results
  • Experience building and optimizing partnership campaigns for a brand

  • Advanced Power Point skills – from content development to professional, streamlined formatting
  • Available for travel (~25%+); including work weekdays, weekends, and evenings as required by events and business needs
