In this new role you will work closely with Oracle’s Sports Marketing team to understand all available hospitality opportunities with existing partners and collaborate on new/additional programs. You’ll leverage those sports marketing partnerships to produce high-touch, exceptional experiences that will deepen engagement with executives from our most strategic accounts.

This role will manage all elements of Sports Hospitality program design and delivery. You will coordinate closely with Executive Programs, CVC, Strategic Client, Pillar and Field Marketing teams to position our various offerings, integrate sports hospitality seamlessly into campaigns and field marketing plans, and collaborate on programs. You will engage directly with sales leaders as needed to ensure the best right customers are able to participate in your programs.

The Director will establish internal communications to keep all stakeholders updated and oversee implementation of a global tool to manage ticket requests, distribution, and utilization of all properties. You will be responsible for setting goals, reporting, managing issues/escalations, etc. You will also be primary POC for Larry Ellison’s properties (e.g. Porcupine Creek estate).

The successful candidate will combine a flair for designing creative white glove programs for C-level audiences, a pragmatic can-do attitude, an unstoppable work ethic and a relentless positive attitude. We’ll be working with some of the world’s premier sports organizations to tell our story - do you want to help lead the way?
