  • Manages the day-to-day relationships with assigned strategic partnership accounts. Represents AdventHealth’s interests while collaborating with partners and optimizing business results.
  • Develops and manages cross-functional projects and teams related to sponsorships, and partner marketing initiatives. Collaborates across departments and with external partners to deliver results.
  • Directs and manages the day-to-day strategic marketing efforts for assigned strategic partnerships. Develops annual marketing plan; setting goals, strategies and tactics to ensure operational business goals are met.
  • Manages clinical relationships to enhance consumer marketing efforts through strategic partnership activation; collaborates with clinical teams on digital and direct marketing strategies.
  • Develops direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives by optimizing partnership assets to drive volumes, enhance marketing efforts, and grow market share
  • Manages and oversees websites related to area of focus for updates or development; collaborates with Digital Strategy team assuring best practices and implementing effective online and social media strategies to drive volume and engagement.
  • Works collaboratively with Creative team, providing clear objectives and goals, with timely feedback and reasonable deadlines for development of effective deliverables.


    Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years marketing experience, with minimum of one (1) year employee management and/or complex project management experience
  • Track record of developing and managing fully integrated marketing initiatives, with proven results
  • Experience in budget management


    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Ability to work independently utilizing effective problem-solving skills to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives, seeking senior marketing leadership for guidance and support as needed.
  • Proven management experience and advanced organizational skills with the ability to multi-task to meet objectives and deadlines in a face-paced work environment.
  • Intermediate knowledge and skills to effectively manage integrated marketing programs, to include: marketing planning; volume driving strategies; creative concepting and execution; corporate communications; digital and social media; development of media stories, effective project management, event planning; community sponsorships and outreach, and research analysis.
  • Intermediate experience in emerging digital media and technologies; proficient in social media platforms.
  • Consistent and effective project management and organization skills with continued focus on professional development.
