Support strategy and execution of Chase Center partnership across JPMC lines of business through virtual and physical touch points, inclusive of client hosting in the venue, and key product messaging
Plan and activate key pillars of partnership as we return to normalcy focused on customer engagement (e.g., benefits platform, exclusive access, mobile/digital extensions)
Develop key community platform(s) to position Chase as a pillar of the Bay Area community around JPMC philanthropic pillars (e.g., Financial Health, Advancing Black Pathways) and local market needs (e.g., combatting hunger/homelessness)
Work with key internal and external stakeholders inclusive of brand, media, agency partners and team partners to develop a marketing and amplification strategy for activation programming
Manage Chase Center budget and invoicing
Partner closely with the San Francisco Market Leadership Team on activation and strategy
Partner with Sapphire team to provide insights and recommended strategy for owned and sponsored events, inclusive of leveraging the current S&E portfolio of assets
Oversee development and execution of key Sapphire platforms (e.g., restaurant supports initiatives, music festival activation)
Manage S&E team priorities and resource allocation to ensure that firm and line of business objectives are being met
Develop a clear measurement plans and KPIs across all partnerships
Key Responsibilities
Development and execution of activation strategy reaching key areas of brand, customer/client, employees and the local community
Partnership with internal and external stakeholders including team and agency partners, brand, media, legal & compliance, controls, finance, etc.
Management of marketing calendar for amplification of customer facing programming:
Email Communications
Social Media
Video series
Internal communications
Track KPIs / metrics to report results of campaigns to leadership
Budget / invoice Management
Providing onsite support at key activations and events
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Sponsorship, Events Management, and/or Marketing related functions
Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders across all levels
Results-oriented with strong attention to detail and metrics, organization and ability to manage competing priorities
Fosters connection by putting people first with strong interpersonal skills and building trusting relationships
Able to work independently with minimal direction, seeking coaching and guidance as needed
Must function well in a fast-paced environment with ability to multi-task and be flexible to change
Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results
Capable of demonstrating command skills and presence through the most challenging circumstances
