Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sports Marketing, you will lead the development of event programs in the region including National properties, large-scale events and smaller community driven events while creating points of differentiation and brand image. You will be the project leader, working with internal and external partners to maximize the impact of major region Sports event programs. You will also conceptualize and create events, inform goal setting, identifying scenes and relationships, guiding relevant programs following National and regional events that occur within the region.


PLANNING

  • Manage the creative development of future Red Bull events – gold standard.
  • Support Sr. Sports Marketing Managers and Brand Managers in building quarterly plans and business plans.


    REGIONAL SPORTS EVENTS EXECUTION

  • Lead quality event execution and production for all region Red Bull Sports events.
  • Develop project plans, oversee its execution, and lead the project team.
  • Source and manage Event Production Companies and oversee all event logistics.
  • Fiscally responsible for event budgets on assigned projects


    PRODUCT ACTIVATION

  • Develop activation plans that promote relevance locally and regionally.
  • Manage the distribution of event collateral in the region.
  • Work with Region marketing leadership and 3rd-parties to develop new branding solutions for events


    Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in sport events.
  • Success finding creative and unique solutions for project management and execution.
  • Knowledge of sports and their scenes, on a regional and national level.
  • Experience managing large budgets (400k+).
  • Experience working with agreements from beginning to end with suppliers and external partners.
  • Contract and negotiation skills - constructing, reviewing, and negotiating with suppliers and external partners.
  • Experience working with relevant distribution outlets (all communication channels).
  • Credible collaboration with local government demonstrating an understanding of local approval systems and regulations.
  • Success promoting meaningful dialogue and gaining support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • English Fluent, additional languages a plus.
  • Travel up to 25%
