The Head of Content & Partnerships Marketing leads a large and growing team that builds and executes some of the most high profile and high impact marketing campaigns at Twitch. Reporting to the Head of Integrated Marketing, you will work to promote both the creator and viewer sides of our business, developing deep insights into our audiences and building marketing plans to strengthen the Twitch brand. You will oversee two interconnected marketing functions: Content Marketing & Partnerships Marketing.


The Content Marketing Team drives viewer growth for the content on Twitch, working to connect viewers to content and communities they will love. This team works on unique content programs like Thursday Night Football, The 2020 Summer Olympic Games in Tokyo and Twitch Music. The Partnerships Marketing Team works with our Business Development and Content Teams to promote original content and gaming content - including Twitch Rivals, Twitch Gaming and the full suite of Twitch owned channels on the service.


As the lead of these teams, you will work with senior leaders across the marketing and content teams to bring the incredible content available across Twitch to life for viewers and creators alike. We are looking for deep experience in campaign marketing - ranging from strategic inputs and clear consumer insights through to detailed campaign planning and measurement.


This position can be located in San Francisco, CA, Los Angeles, CA, Seattle, WA, or New York, NY.


You Will:

  • Build deep insights into our viewers and creators, understanding why they come to Twitch and how it fits into their lives
  • Develop campaigns that help viewers discover new content on Twitch and creators find new viewers, helping us convert users through the funnel and deepen their bonds with their favorite creators
  • Oversee first party content marketing including /Twitch, Twitch Rivals, Twitch Gaming and others, defining the marketing strategy for these brands and bringing them to life with evergreen and campaign tactics
  • Go deep on measurement and Return on Investment to understand and improve the impact of our marketing
  • Champion Diversity Equity & Inclusion in our marketing and our business
  • Work with our Content and Product organizations to bridge the gap between off service marketing and consumers experiences on the service


    Required Skills

  • B.S. / B.A. with 10 or more years of successful experience as a marketing executive
  • Experience managing diverse teams
  • Deep experience building marketing strategies and plans from the ground up
  • An established history of marketing measurement including brand and performance media
  • Experience marrying insights and data with storytelling, narrative development, and messaging
  • Experience building and scaling processes, teams, budgets, tools, and programs
  • Experience working with Product and Engineering Teams and Content Teams
