What You Will Do:

This key role, reporting to our Global Brand Activations Director will contribute to Vistaprint’s strategic community and cultural partnership strategy and execution, including:

  • Fostering an always-on global community of customers, ambassadors and influencers that serves our overall strategy. This includes playbook generation / dissemination, recruiting, implementation and measurement.
  • Partnering with Brand Management, CCI, Brand Strategy, Go-to-Market, Integrated Media, Partnerships and Creative teams to nurture / grow our global community, and tap our community to support brand priorities, including insights-gathering, trend-spotting, content creation, concept ideation and campaign activation.
  • Collaborating with Brand Management, Brand Strategy, PR, Social, Editorial and Creative teams to identify and capitalize on relevant cultural and strategic partnership opportunities to elevate Vistaprint’s profile, generate brand love, and progress toward our Brand Metrics.
  • Supporting Go-To-Market and Integrated Media Planning efforts for campaigns and always-on 365 efforts to ensure incorporation of unique, engaging, buzz-worthy tactics for reaching our target audiences and achieving our marketing objectives.
  • Leading cultural marketing and strategic partnership activations, both on a one-off basis and within the context of larger cross-functional marketing campaigns from strategy, execution and measurement.
  • Consulting with country-specific markets and category General
  • Managers to translate Community and Cultural Connection playbooks to localized or category-specific activations as appropriate.
  • Managing a small team of Community, Cultural Marketing and Strategic Partnership specialists.
  • Procuring and managing agency partners and third-party vendors to support Community and Cultural Connection Initiatives as-needed.
  • Collaborating with Integrated Media and Partnerships team to maximize impact of paid partner integrations, including, but not exclusive to publisher partnerships, content activations, and sports marketing or event sponsorships.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience driving media excellence in a matrixed, global organization.

  • 6-8 years marketing functional experience
  • Experience vetting, incubating and executing strategic partnerships activations with minimal oversight
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive meaningful business results
