We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented, enthusiastic and proactive individual with a passion for data, to lead operations and analytics for a world-class sponsorship portfolio. As part of US Brand, Deloitte’s national sponsorships create opportunities for exceptional client and practitioner experiences, deliver memorable activities and impactful brand messaging, showcase Deloitte capabilities, and ultimately help account teams build client relationships. Excellent strategic thinking, project management, communication skills and consulting and/or data analytics experience will be critical to success in this role.
Work you’ll do :
Be immersed in all aspects of US Sponsorships, leading logistics and operations for activation of high-end hospitality experiences for clients, including oversight of proprietary systems
Understand the range of sponsorship properties and assets in the portfolio with an eye toward tracking individual and cumulative ROI via KPI and proprietary Deloitte data
Bring a strategic point of view and lead the preparation of critical briefing documents and report-outs for executive-level firm leadership that demonstrate the value of US Sponsorships in building client relationships, engaging Deloitte professionals and building our brand in the marketplace
Manage tight coordination with sponsorship team and multiple internal and external agencies for inputs to integrated analytics
Hypotheses definition, test & learn modeling for evolving Sponsorships analytics
New sponsorship property assessment
Market assessment of trends and competitive shifts in sponsorships
Assist with overall standardization of processes for efficiency including budget monitoring
Collaborate closely with sponsorship organizations, creative agencies and teams across Deloitte to bring activations to life
Advanced Excel capabilities for compilation of data and analytics to drive insights and ROI reporting, based on information ranging from client revenue data to advertising KPI and social media metrics.
Facility with qualitative and quantitative research

Excellent attention to detail
Proven ability to operate independently while owning complex relationships to successfully execute projects
Qualifications Required:
10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing strategy and planning
Undergraduate degree required, Master’s degree a plus
Proven project leadership skills, as independent leader across numerous complex projects
Demonstrated ability to apply data and analytics to inform decision-making
Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts
