100 Thieves is seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Brand Partnership Marketing to join our team. This individual will be critical for driving our brand partnerships programs with best-in-class strategy, ideas and execution. The Director of Brand Partnership Marketing will be our cross organizational puzzle solver and brand leader orchestrating our story across experiential and digital mediums, to bring unforgettable 100 Thieves moments to our fans.


Responsibilities

  • Develop our year-long partnership marketing strategy and lead our go-to-market brand activation planning and execution
  • Develop holistic marketing plans to support our existing and future brand partnerships portfolio
  • Lead deep marketing integration and ideation for our partnered teams to craft bespoke experiences that reach our partner brands and brand goals
  • Work cross functionally with content, partnership and talent to ideate innovative ways to integrate our partners into existing content throughout the flight to help reach our enterprise goals
  • Manage external agencies and create and manage all event-related content working with digital agencies, creative, and internal partners
  • Stay up to date on experiential activations within gaming, traditional sports, lifestyle brands; monitor competitors for learnings, insights and best practices
  • Establish KPIs and objectives to ensure partnership program success and development


    Required Skills

  • 7+ years of partnership marketing, brand marketing or product marketing experience
  • 3+ years of experience driving brand partnership activations
  • Experience working with in-agency or client/sales/agency experiences
  • Experience crafting and executing end-to-end cross functional, multichannel marketing campaigns
  • Experience creating digitally resonant activations for an online-first fan base
  • Experience in managing and developing a team, leading cross functional initiatives and partnering with talent management
  • Experience developing and leading communication plans & messaging roll outs
  • Skilled in prioritizing multiple, complex, concurrent projects
  • Self-sufficient and entrepreneurial individual who can work independently and scale a business in line with 100 Thieves’ vision and goals
  • Knowledge of the ever-changing entertainment, gaming audience and apparel landscape in order for us to stay ahead of major events and trends is a plus
