We are looking for a passionate marketing and events professional to oversee the strategy and execution of TIBCO's global sporting sponsorships. Ranging from a brand defining technology sponsorship with the leading Formula One team, to a 16-year sponsorship of a women’s world tour cycling team, and management of a handful of premier bay area sports tickets, such as suites and court-side seats. This is a high-visibility role, enabling you to collaborate with all levels and groups across the organization, while also being hands-on in bringing every related event or campaign to life.
This individual will have a combination of events management experience and marketing expertise, ideally focused in sponsorships, sports, or c-level events. Key to this role is the ability to develop critical path and cross-functional timelines, detailed project plans, and thoughtfully planned workstreams; act as the single source of truth for all stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of each project. Projects range from events with well-known athletes and c-level customers, white glove race-side activations, partnering with product marketing and product management teams to build technical case studies, or building opportunities for employees to get involved and tuned in about the company’s sponsorships.
