The Guaranteed Rate Sports Marketing team is looking for a passionate, dynamic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment to drive Guaranteed Rate’s sports marketing platforms. This role is responsible assisting the VP, Sports Marketing & Partnerships in developing and executing our approach to leveraging our team, league, athlete and media partnerships in each sport for maximum impact on Guaranteed Rate’s brand and business objectives. This role on the Sports Marketing team will work closely with the Guaranteed brand team and across various cross functional groups including our PR, Media, Social Media Marketing, Events, Creative, Sales and external agencies and partners.


Key accountabilities for this Marketing Manager Include:

  • Build relationships across the sports landscape (teams, leagues, media partners, etc.) and leverage on behalf of Guaranteed Rate’s objectives
  • Manage all partnerships and assets for maximum brand/business impact against objectives
  • Champion sports ideas and initiatives with brand and cross functional partners
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop, plan, facilitate and advise on Guaranteed Rate’s sports programming and creative deliverables including national TV/radio, in-venue, social, and digital
  • Continual immersion in and monitoring of the sports marketing landscape to identify new opportunities to engage fans, employees, and partners
  • Lead planning, developing and executing of Guaranteed Rate’s core sports marketing agendas including creative development, marquee event activation and venue integration
  • Facilitate partner and agency status meetings


    Required Skills

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years prior experience (if Undergrad degree only) in marketing and strategy. Bachelor’s degree required. Experience in sports marketing preferred
