We are looking for a savvy social media professional to join our social media engagement team! This must be a person who isn't afraid to push boundaries, take risks, and make decisions independently. Our national sponsorships like NASCAR and NHRA, influencer partners, and customers garner our brand's thousands of engagement opportunities per day - this candidate will help us take advantage of that.
Willing to work non-traditional hours including weekends
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media management platforms (Ex: Khoros or Sprout)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
In-depth understanding of all social media platforms and their marketing purposes
Able to problem solve and think critically
A team player. We are a big team and support each other across multiple projects.
Work closely with NASCAR or NHRA and be able to execute a strategy over the weekend for our brands
This role will report to the Social Media Engagement Manager and focus on increasing engagement via social media giveaways, brand collaborations, and corporate sponsorship promotion. Since this role digitally supports our sponsorship marketing efforts, it will follow a non-traditional schedule to accommodate race and game days.
Experience facilitating social media giveaways
Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a passion for sports marketing and social media
Understands the 24/7 world of social media, willing to jump in to help the team when needed
Creative. Quick-witted. Not afraid of pushing boundaries to entertain and engage our followers and fellow brands online.
