The Sponsorship and Engagement Marketing team at Allstate leads the development and execution of Allstate’s national and local level sponsorships designed to drive brand awareness, profitable growth and retention for Allstate. The team partners with various Allstate teams to ensure programs and communications are strategically aligned with business goals and strategies. The team oversees agency partner relationships along with sponsorship partner relationships and strategically leads the development and preparation of sponsorship/promotional campaigns.
Support the management and execution of our sponsorship portfolio across a variety of our properties. focusing mainly on college football and soccer.
Communicate efficiently and diligently with applicable Allstate teams and agency personnel
Coordinate required day-to-day tasks, including spreadsheets, status reports and timeline management, meeting coordination, legal and key stakeholder approvals, and maintaining centralized files for reference and compliance.
Assist in the development of program overviews, recaps, and other materials for internal meetings and presentations
Participate in the planning, creative development and implementation of integrated marketing communications to support various programs and strategies, offering solutions and recommendations to manager and other contributing team members
Assist in ticket distribution and asset fulfillment
Contribute to integration across Marketing teams and other departments, building relationships with internal and external business partners and resources.
Day-to-day this role will:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2 or more years of related experience or agency experience
Intermediate organization and project/program/time management skills
Intermediate experience using Microsoft suite; advance PowerPoint skills a plus
Beginner presentation development and delivery skills
Beginner relationship and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
