This position will be an integral part of the e-Commerce sales team responsible for developing and managing the Brand Sponsorships program to achieve defined business objectives. This position will oversee the on-site monetization growth strategy for the Brand Sponsorships program. This entails end-to-end management including but not limited to developing new advertising opportunities for our partners, outlining and developing rate cards, performance reporting and analysis, prospecting for advertising partners, negotiating sponsorship/advertising agreements, evaluating the program, and making proper decisions to attain sales goals.

This position requires the ability to manage multiple, detailed tasks with urgency and accuracy. The person should have the ability to prioritize work, adjust to what is important at the moment and work well with cross-functional teams to deliver industry-leading results.

Job responsibilities

  • Work in a fast-paced team environment and meet performance targets
  • Focus on scaling the program by expanding sponsorship opportunities on and strategically nurturing high-quality sponsorship/advertising partnerships
  • Work with cross functional teams across Lenovo to identify new opportunities and continuously improve our sponsorship offerings
  • Manage inbound sponsorships request and outline proposals for sponsorship partners
  • Develop quarterly media plans with sponsorship/advertising partners
  • Manage rate card pricing strategy to align with industry standards and drive ROI
  • Oversee invoicing process, create proposals, and negotiate packages/deal structure
  • Understand partners needs and objectives to then determine best media mix for specific campaigns
  • Monitor, evaluate and optimize campaign performance to meet business objectives
  • Manage reporting, analysis and the present program results
  • Manage pre-sale ad inventory available for sponsorship opportunities

    Required Skills

  • Technology marketing and sales
  • Bachelor's Degree + 6-8 years of professional experience
  • Self-Starter, works effectively with minimal direction needed
  • Prior experience with digital advertising sales, website monetization programs, or online marketing is a plus
  • Ability to communicate Lenovo strategy clearly and professionally to partners to support marketing initiatives
  • Positive attitude and able to work in a collaborative and energetic team environment
  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks independently
  • Goal tracking and attainment
  • Partner Relationship building
  • Project management experience a plus
  • Strong MS Excel especially working with large data sets and pivot tables
  • MS PowerPoint and presentation/public speaking skills
