The Manager, Media and Sponsorships Analytics will be responsible for helping to optimize our sponsorship effectiveness by tracking and measuring the impact of our partner relationships on our business. Specifically they will partner with our agency, Media & Consumer Insights teams to bring together a holistic picture of: (1) our activation success (2) Partnership ROI and (3) brand fit and association. They will be responsible for setting the appropriate measurement framework, organizing the data and synthesizing the insights in key learnings for the organization. They will handle day to day ownership; including creation, scheduling, and tracking of DTC promotional offerings connected to GH's sponsored properties.
The Impact You Will Make
Use analytics and insights to efficiently grow the impact of our sponsorships and media partnerships
Partner with the media team, agencies and partner properties to track & measure the value of engagement for the brand (digital content, event exposure, social media presence, product sales, PR, commercial value etc)
Develop KPI frameworks for analytics and reporting that tracks advertising effectiveness, including awareness, engagement, and conversion
Generate benchmarks for performance, develop approach to create competitive insights and comparisons
Synthesize large volumes of data into simple insights and clear visuals and provide key stakeholders, at all levels, with recommended actions
Establish a technology road map for measurement and analysis. Build a foundation to enable delivery of a more customized, data-driven experience in the future.
Tell a complete ROI picture of the investments and guide future investments in the industry
Assist in driving partnerships with "Below the line" channels (CRM, App, Product, SEO, SEM) to ensure appropriate usage of sponsorships rights and maximizing opportunities
Link disparate data across the business
Explore new data sources to develop proprietary insights and analytics
Day to day management of DTC promotional offerings connected to GH's sponsored properties. This includes the creation, scheduling, measurement and fulfillment of in-market offers and sweepstakes
6+ years experience in analytics
2+ years in a marketing role
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, ability to organize information in a high level way to communicate key points to partners and internal stakeholders.
Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a strong bias to action.
Ability to synthesize data and make data-driven recommendations
