Come join us as a Senior Marketing Manager (SMM) on the Intuit Global Brand Marketing team. Intuit is currently seeking an SMM with brand/sponsorship marketing experience with an emphasis on strategic partnership negotiation and management, brand marketing activation and arena/stadium activation fulfillment.
This position will require the ability to plan and implement high-quality brand and corporate activation plans including the Intuit Dome arena partnership. This position will also be responsible for coordinating and consolidating current sponsorship opportunities and evaluating potential opportunities across the platform to drive reputation and growth. Responsibilities
Develop and apply objective, strategic marketing principles to determine potential partners as well as execution of current partnerships
Interact with strategic partners (e.g., partnership personnel, league personnel, Intuit partner agencies) and Intuit brand and segment leadership teams as day-to-day lead across multiple executions annually
Perform in a fast-paced environment, identifying feasible and effective activation solutions
Lead the coordination (and possible consolidation) of current, cross-ecosystem sponsorship opportunities
Be responsible for the preparation, management and adherence to line-item budgets
Help develop customized activation solutions for brand integrations within the arena
Direct attendee event experience plans and present related new and fresh concepts to Intuit/brand team members
Provide onsite leadership and team management at corporate hospitality events
Lead the team to prepare client-ready event recaps, event itineraries, staff plans
Organize and distribute event tickets
Conduct Intuit/agency partner conference calls and meetings with prepared documents/presentations
Manage and communicate project status with internal managers, internal brand and segment teams and agency partners
Identify opportunities for business and brand growth
Evaluate event and activation successes and areas for improvement
A Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred, and 6+ years of relevant experience within brand/sponsorship marketing, or equivalent experience
Previous position(s) with Brand and/or agency sponsorship marketing responsibilities
Proficient in budget management and planning
Managed program components and worked with clients and/or other agency partners to deliver brand activations/events
Proficiency in Google docs and Adobe creative programs
Experience building presentations and delivering them
Creativity and interest in trends in social media, digital content and sports/entertainment/sponsorship marketing
Ability to travel frequently, both weekdays and weekends
Experience with virtual event platforms and virtual event executions (not required but a plus)
