The Event & Sports Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the activation of motorsports and event marketing programs, and maintains motorsports social and digital media presence.
Essential Job Functions
Develop point of sale materials and retail traffic drivers / coupons.
Coordinate all event arrangements with promoters and stores.
Distribute materials and issue instructions to the field.
Maintain and update the Motorsports pages on OReillyAuto.com.
Track and report all activation and impression numbers from the race.
Assist with contract approval process and invoice processing.
Excellent written verbal and communication skills.
Solid organizational skills.
Proficiency with MS Power Point, Excel, and Word.
Must be able to lift packages up to 40 lbs.
