This self-starter will be an integral and respected part of the team and will play an active role in helping to bring our sports partnerships to life. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to this role, first and foremost, and we welcome candidates who have an interest in sports marketing to help department managers successfully strategize, plan and execute dynamic programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project management and support to include:
Setting up project tracking documents and internal meeting notes
Feedback consolidation and requests for projects
Day-to-day check-ins and project management support; keeping things running with project plans and deadlines
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as applicable to keep project trackers are up to date
Distributing meeting notes and following up with key stakeholders
Submitting internal creative requests and tracking project progress in the team productivity management tool
Responsible for working with department managers to create project briefs for both internal and external partners Manage and track employee engagement efforts using partnership assets where available Administrative support to include meeting bookings and coordination, calendar management for the team, preparing meeting agendas and shipments Create presentations for the Sports and Entertainment team as assigned Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, product, legal, PR, HR, IT) to ensure programs and campaigns are tracking to be delivered on-time and to meet objectives In-person event support as assigned for programs and/or hospitality Supporting Hospitality manager with merchandise inventory management, sending tickets and invitations via hospitality portal, and shipping and receiving for partnership programs

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with an attention to detail, quickly understands how to prioritize, and ability to manage several projects at once
Experience working cross-functionally with strong relationship-building skills
Comfortable with working events, evenings, and weekends and being accessible during key events
Experience building presentations with minimal direction
Independent on projects, able to seamlessly take a project on with little direction
Solutions-oriented, adopting a problem-solving approach against project plans
Shows interest in and comfortable forming an opinion around the latest industry news to help department managers as they formulate strategy and planning
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Box, and Adobe Photoshop
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
BA degree (or similar).
2-3 years of relevant working experience in project management (no preferred industry)
