The Manager, Global Brand Communications – Brand Partnerships, you will help us bring our purpose of igniting bold change and propelling people forward to life. Working closely with the Global Brand Communications team, you will assist with the management of all brand partnerships. This passionate and creative individual will contribute to the consistency of overall brand messaging and brand voice by Managing the HOKA brand ambassador program that will be integrated into marketing. Building and sustaining relationships with our partners is an integral part of this role. This individual will have peer-to-peer relationship responsibilities with external partners, Global Brand Communications, Global Marketing, US Marketing, Sports Marketing, Creative, and eCommerce. This role will serve as a key team member who thoughtfully implements and communicates strategy to the broader global brand team. This role requires an individual who is creative and passionate about community, story sharing, communications, and brand marketing.

Your Impact


The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • Developing and managing the Brand Ambadassor Program for HOKA; including day-to-day partner management, delivering guidance to regional markets on program strategy and development, and collaborating with cross functional teams on Ambadassor programming
  • Developing and managing the communications strategy and program for all Humans of HOKA projects
  • Overseeing Brand Purpose projects and charitable contributions in collaboration with the greater Deckers organization
  • Monitoring real-time trends in and outside of the brand’s competitive marketplace. Staying up to date on industry and cultural news.

    We’d love to hear from people with

  • Must have at least 3-5 years of relevant marketing and/ or brand partnerships experience
  • BA/BS degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications
  • Passion and interest in culture, footwear and an active lifestyle
