Develop, grow, and strengthen sales and expansion of the company’s sponsorship and partnership programs. Develop and refine company brand and conservation programs. This individual will manage and work closely with marketing and retail stores to make sure all goals and objectives are met or exceeded for the brand, brand sponsorship, corporate partner, and, as needed, brand license programs.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Research and secure new sponsorship opportunities across multiple industries which can connect with our companies customers. This includes cold calling, relationship building, and networking to create new opportunities for each program as well as determining who Bass Pro Shop’s invests and amounts for these programs. 25%
  • Create and negotiate contracts with director approval, and assist in the execution of the companies Sponsorship and Conservation programs. Manage budgets and assist in forecasting. 20%
  • Lead, strategize, schedule and coordinate the logistics of offsite events and conventions. Plan and execute successful events. Work with the Brand team to determine what product/brands could be utilized and should be exposed at events to promote Bass Pro Shops and Cabelas. Individual will lead pre-planning with internal team, any partners and cross-collaboration with other business units. Responsible to interface at events with leadership, Partnership Executives as well as top CLUB Card holders and public in many cases. 40%
  • Individual will be responsible for onsite execution and coordination of the experiential brand marketing booth that will be direct consumer contact. Individual will coordinate local retail assets as well as onsite venue logistics. 10%
  • Responsible for analyzing ROI of sponsorships/partnerships and reporting on relationship deliverables, partnership. 5%
  • Other duties as assigned.


    Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Experience: 6 -8 years
