The Lifestyle & Experiential Marketing Associate Manager will work on the fastest growing Mexican Import Beer Brand in the U.S, supporting the planning and development of sports, entertainment, and brand partnerships. This position will assist with the development of creative, multicultural marketing and culturally relevant brand plans across sports and music, managing internal processes and communication to drive best-in-class programs. This position will support the Manager, Lifestyle & Experiential Marketing on identifying and securing new brand partnerships that connect consumers to the brand to drive awareness and growth. The Associate Manager will serve as a liaison and connection point across all Constellation Beer Division business units helping drive consistency of programming across brands and platform. The successful candidate will have the ability to consistently innovate, have a keen understanding of the consumer and develop methods and tools to maximize resources to develop strategic sponsorships. You will be joining a team that won Sponsor of the Year at the 2021 Sports Business Journal Awards and is looking to continuously innovate and outperform.


Responsibilities

  • Manages day to day partnership operations including budget management, agency management, internal accounting, approvals, internal communications, sweepstakes development, as well as ticket management and distribution.
  • Leverages consumer insights to build strategic platforms and plans by utilizing Talent, Partners, consumer passion points.
  • Project manager for multi-cultural marketing campaigns within brand platforms and sponsorships, including planning, content development, experiential activation, and talent integration.
  • Serves as the centralized support mechanism across Business Units ensuring all teams are provided the right tools across National sponsorships for regional and local execution.
  • Runs experiential, multi-cultural agency management – writing briefs, reviewing activation plans and budgets.
  • Owns the implementation of measurement, evaluation and valuation models across all current and potential partnerships.
  • Serve as a key point of contact with Brand and Marketing Managers (and other key stakeholders where appropriate), to ensure alignment and consistency amongst the sponsorship portfolio.
  • Supports Manager in the creation of strategic planning as needed for development of acquisition strategy, ROI analysis and best practice sharing.
  • Facilitates communication, best practice sharing and cohesive approach across key existing properties and new properties as opportunities emerge.
  • Seeks out and is informed of latest consumer engagement trends across social, experiential, venue technology, festival technology and music industries.
  • Manages and Oversees Brand x L&E Program Budgets; P&L, Vendors, Invoices and Payments.


    Required Skills

  • Passion for Sports, Culture, Trends, Brand Partnerships and Events, and how these areas drive brand building and growth. Creative, innovative and enthusiastic self-starter with ability to multi-task, problem solve and anticipate project needs.
  • 3 years or more of relevant marketing experience with an emphasis on multicultural marketing and/or consumer centric marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, as well as external business partners.
  • Strong Budget Management Skills and experience working with a P&L and large budgets.
  • Proven success working in a cross functional team environment and driving processes with results across multiple stakeholders internal and external.
  • Proven track record of bringing creative new ideas and programs to keep brand programming fresh and relevant.
  • Understanding of, or willingness to learn, brand strategy and how to implement it across various consumer touchpoints.
  • Ability to write a brand brief and deliver feedback to agencies in a succinct and efficient manner.
  • Strong communication skills across all forms of communication (written, presentation) with varying audiences (marketing/sales leadership sponsorship partners and agencies).
  • Understanding of or willingness to learn the Alc Bev Industry Proficiency in MS Office Programs – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study. Ability and willingness to travel. 25% of time.
  • Flexible work schedule with primary location based in San Francisco or Chicago.
