As Associate Marketing Manager for New Balance Sports Partnerships, you will support the Global Sr. Marketing Manager in the strategic activation of Sports Partnerships including the NBA, NBA2K, MLB, Celtics, Mets and Red Sox to maximize ROI. Working in collaboration with regional and category leads, as well as cross-functions (ie: PR, Social, sports marketing etc.) you will focus on brand & category story amplification, development of bespoke programming and delivery on contracted assets.
Oversight of day-to-day activity with each Team partnership: Mets, Red Sox & Celtics.
In collaboration with partners and Sr. Manager define seasonal goals and build integrated marketing plans to amplify brand, category, and regional stories/moments to maximize partnership.
Lead the execution of custom programming and content creation in collaboration with partners.
Work with cross-functional teams and corporate communications to amplify relevant initiatives.
Manage and optimize execution of contracted deliverables with Global Creative Studio and Sports Marketing (ie: Hospitality, Signage etc)
Collaborate with partners on programming and content metrics, recaps & key learnings.
Assist Sr. Manager on managing the execution of key initiatives (ie: ASW, Global Games etc.)
Assist with administrative tasks (PO’s, product orders, internal comms etc.
Bachelor’s degree required, with a minimum 4+ years of relevant Marketing experience.
An ability to effectively work cross-functionally within the organization and across partners.
Excellent project management capabilities.
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in working with external vendors & partners
Some travel required, possible weekends
Self-starter with solid problem-solving skills
