Revolution 501c3’s first project will be the launch of Bar 501c3, the world’s first not-for-profit bar, in NYC. Part community watering hole, part charitable foundation, one hundred percent of the proceeds from Bar 501c3 will be distributed to deserving local and national nonprofits. Bar 501c3 will be a place where you can raise a glass with friends, while helping to raise money and awareness for some of the world’s most notable charities. Revolution 501c3 plans to open a number of commercial enterprises across the US - starting with Bar 501c3 - that will serve as revenue streams for the foundation, as well as platforms to build constituencies and raise awareness for various causes. The business model and commercial activities of each enterprise will vary, but we plan to quickly expand our repertoire to include a series of restaurants, salons, spas, boutiques, etc.

Revolution 501c3 will use this revenue and brand platform to support other innovative nonprofits tackling a wide range of social issues. Whether in the form of funding, cooperation, awareness building, or volunteer mobilization, we will work with our nonprofit partners to give them what they need to develop cutting edge programs and create concrete solutions to the world’s problems.
