George Chelston Springer III (born September 19, 1989) is an American professional baseball outfielder for the Houston Astros of Major League Baseball (MLB). The Astros selected Springer in the first round (11th overall) of the 2011 MLB draft. He made his MLB debut in 2014, as a member of the Astros.
