My name is Anthony Evans and i represent a promotions/ entertainment company called Media Mogulism in Atlanta.We are planning an event on Thursday Oct.31 and are current seeking sponsors for our event. Our event would be a concert with multiple genres performing including rock/metal, EDM, and hip hop. We are currently planning to have the band Eye Empire as our headliner and several up and coming independent artists as our openers. We are also planning on having a costume contest and a few side show type acts. this event would take place at The Masquerade a popular club and music venue in Atlanta .Our working title for the event is " Hardcore Halloween Mashup" We will have photographers and video crews covering the entire event all photos and footage would be made available to all sponsors for future promotional content. My company would also be presenting a highlight type video after event that would be promoted via multiple youtube channels in which we would provide continuing promotion for your company and brand. The projected cost for the entire event is around $7500.00 broken down in the following ways
Headliner (Eye Empire) $2000.00
Event insurance $500.00
Other acts $750.00
Radio advertising $ 3000.00 Would include and live remote with one of the station dj's
Street promotions $500.00
Decorations $ 250.00
Cash prize for Costume contest $500.00

Expected attendance 300- 500
estimated reach for all advertising 400,000 plus

we plan on having multiple sponsor in order to dilute these costs. Our largest sponsors will be given Marquee billing e.g. Budweiser's Hardcore Halloween Mashup
