Despite having the best bodies in the world, most bodybuilders today are broke. Meanwhile, fitness is a multi-billion dollar industry. Fitness industry icons Mike Torchia and Lou Ferrigno will mentor a group of 14 amateur bodybuilders and fitness fanatics, both men and women, to teach them how to create a successful career with their untapped skill sets.

Contestants will be split up into two competing groups, a red team and a blue team. In each of the hour-long episodes, the contestants will participate in challenges that are meant to test their physical prowess as well as their business acumen. One contestant will be eliminated each week until there is sole champion crowned in the 12th episode. The winner will ink a six-figure brand ambassador position with a major fitness brand.
