Reno's Annual Sculpture Fest takes place on the Downtown Retrak from May 6th through 8th, 2016. Thanks to the contributions from various city and art institutions, the experience is again FREE to the public and features larger-than-life sculptures, art and sound stages, live music, late-night afterparties, and a variety of hands-on activities for kids and adults alike!
Over the last decade, the US has seen a dramatic increase in demand for boutique art and cultural festivals. While Reno has traditionally attracted millions of visitors each year with casino and Tahoe travel packages, the city’s new reputation as the “Gateway to Burning Man” and new businesses such as Tesla, Google, Amazon, and Apple, Reno is emerging as a new mecca for art, culture, entertainment, and technology in the country. As we welcome a new culturally-forward, youthful demographic, we invite you to share in helping define a new Reno through opportunities at the 2016 Reno Sculpture Festival. From world-class recreational opportunities to thriving nightlife, it’s a art-lover’s dream come true.

Organized in partnership by Reno Art Works, music promoter Fresh Bakin, and festival marketing and design firm I Dreamt Last Night, our 2015 festival attracted more than 10,000 attendees to 12 city blocks, achieved more than 600,000 social media impressions, and showcased nearly 20 larger-than-life sculptures including the now-iconic "BELIEVE" sculpture adopted by the City of Reno for placement at City Hall.
